The catalog offers made-to-order products; paid checkout awaits the merchant payment method.
\n
\n
Explore products
\n
Browse the full concept collection or choose a garment type from the navigation. Each product page explains its original illustration, planned size options and what still needs physical verification. The generated image should be read as a design direction, not an inventory photograph.
\n
Size and fit
\n
The Size Guide describes how to measure a tee, hoodie or sweatshirt that already fits you. Because supplier measurements are not yet confirmed, it avoids a numerical chart that might mislead you. For a future order, compare the confirmed product measurements with your own garment rather than relying only on a letter size.
\n
Shipping and delivery
\n
Our configured free-shipping zone covers the United States, Canada, New Zealand and Australia without a minimum or coupon. The Shipping & Delivery page explains planned preparation and transit estimates, address accuracy, parcel problems and the limits of unverified carrier information. No shipping method is configured outside those four countries.
\n
Order changes and tracking
\n
Once orders open, keep the order number and the email address used at checkout. Use Order Tracking for WooCommerce status and read Cancel or Change an Order for the 24-hour pre-shipment planning window. A change is confirmed only after support acknowledges it.
\n
Returns, exchanges and refunds
\n
Every delivered product may be returned for any reason within 60 days, with no restocking fee. A size or colour exchange is subject to actual availability. The Returns & Exchanges Policy explains the physical steps; the Refund Policy explains the amount, approval event and 7-calendar-day timing.
\n
Payments and account safety
\n
No gateway is currently enabled. The owner plans to connect PayPal later, and accepted methods will be listed on Payment Methods only after verification. Never send a card number, password or payment outside a secure future checkout. For data handling, see the Privacy Policy.
\n
Contact the team
\n
For an answer that depends on a physical sample or a future order, email support@dwtees.com or open the support ticket link. Include enough context to identify the product or order, but do not include sensitive payment details.
\n
Questions and support
\n
Email support@dwtees.com with the product or order number and a short explanation. Never include a password or full payment card number. You can also start at the Help Center, read the FAQs, or use the support ticket link.
\n

\n
Start with the stage you are in
\n
Help is easier to find when you first decide whether you are browsing a design, preparing for a future purchase, checking a placed order or solving a problem after delivery. Dwtees now shows orderable made-to-order products. The merchant payment gateway must be connected before a paid checkout can finish. You can inspect artwork, read the intended size range and ask a question, but there is no order to track or return. Later, an order number and confirmation email will distinguish an actual purchase from a saved product link. Each support page addresses a different stage so a visitor does not have to read a payment policy to find a size chart or mistake a shipping estimate for a production promise.
\n
Browsing the concept catalog
\n
Use Shop All to see the current collection, then narrow it by graphic tees, hoodies or sweatshirts. Theme categories such as nature, places, pets and artful lines are ways to find an illustration you like. Open a product to read its motif story, shown colour and planned size options. The image is a generated concept, and the final fabric, fit and print have not been confirmed. Selecting a size updates a variant URL and SKU for exploration, but it does not place an item in a cart or reserve stock. If a design raises a question, include its exact URL in a message to support so the answer can refer to the right page.
\n
Finding a trustworthy size answer
\n
The Size Guide explains how to measure a similar garment you own and compare chest width, body length, sleeves and shoulders. Do not rely on a letter size by itself. Size buttons S through XXL select orderable variants; verify the appropriate garment measurements before placing an order. A hoodie and tee may use different blanks even if both display M. When a final manufacturer chart is available, it should identify the exact garment, units, measurement method and any tolerance. If a page lacks that information, the right next step is to ask which details have been confirmed, not to guess a size for payment. After a real purchase, the return and exchange policy provides a remedy if the delivered fit does not work.
\n
Checking whether a product is ready to sell
\n
A final listing should identify the garment model, material, care instructions, accurate colour image, size chart, SKU and genuine availability or disclosed made-to-order process. It should also state an operational delivery route and present an enabled payment method. Current product pages offer an active size selector and add-to-cart button for made-to-order items. A planning price or quantity does not satisfy those checks. If you see a claim that an item is in stock while its page says it is a preview, send the link to support so the inconsistency can be fixed. Dwtees is considering BurgerPrints information for planning, but no connected supplier account or exact blank has been verified.
\n
Understanding payment status
\n
The owner intends to connect PayPal later. Its official WooCommerce integration is installed but disabled, so this site is not currently an accepted PayPal checkout. The Payment Methods page explains how that status will change only after an account connection and a safe order-and-refund test. Do not send money to a personal address or link supplied in a message to buy a preview. When checkout opens, it should show the final selected variant, item amount, shipping and applicable tax before a customer confirms payment. A bank authorization without an order confirmation may require investigation before a second attempt. Support does not need a complete card number or password to help.
\n
Reading the shipping information
\n
The website is configured with free shipping and no minimum for the United States, Canada, New Zealand and Australia. That is a checkout rule; it does not yet verify an actual carrier or production centre. The Shipping & Delivery page separates the preparation stage from the transit stage and identifies BurgerPrints public time ranges as provider references rather than Dwtees guarantees. International customs and remote destination handling need confirmation before paid checkout opens. If your country is outside the four configured destinations, the website has no shipping method for it. If you need a future service estimate for a specific area, ask with the country and product link while keeping your full address private.
\n
After placing a real order
\n
Once the store opens, a completed checkout should produce a WooCommerce order number and email listing the exact product, size, colour, quantity, price and destination. Keep that number for every support request. A shipping email should contain a carrier reference once a parcel is handed over. The Order Tracking page explains the difference between an accepted order, production, label creation, carrier movement and delivery. If you do not receive an order confirmation but see a bank authorization, do not immediately submit another payment; ask support to compare the provider transaction with the WooCommerce record. The website has no paid orders yet, so a message claiming otherwise should be checked.
\n
Changing an order
\n
If an actual order needs an address, size or colour correction, contact support promptly. The planned request window is 24 hours after placement and only before shipment. Print on demand may enter production sooner, so a request is not automatically an approved change. Give the order number and the exact requested correction. The Cancel or Change an Order page explains what happens before printing, after a label is created and when a parcel has already shipped. A confirmed full cancellation before shipment leads to a full refund to the original payment method. If the item arrives instead, the 60-day return route is available. Do not place a second order merely to correct the first without knowing its status.
\n
Tracking a parcel with missing scans
\n
Use the carrier’s own tracking page when a shipping reference exists, and note the most recent scan. A label-created status may precede actual carrier acceptance. If tracking has not moved for seven business days or the parcel is seven business days past its latest stated estimate, contact support with the order number and reference. Dwtees should investigate with the carrier for up to five business days under the policy. A confirmed or unresolved loss leads to a choice of free replacement or full refund. A delivered scan can be disputed when the recipient cannot locate the parcel; support should review the address and carrier evidence instead of closing the issue based only on one status word.
\n
Returning or exchanging a delivered item
\n
Contact support within 60 calendar days after delivery for any product and any reason. Give the order number, item and desired outcome. For an ordinary size change or change of mind, you pay tracked return postage; Dwtees pays outbound postage for an approved exchange. For damage, a defect, a wrong item or a material mismatch with the listing, we cover reasonable return postage if a parcel is required. There is no restocking fee. Wait for an approved return address and instructions before posting an item, then send it within 14 days after approval. The Returns & Exchanges page covers the physical process, while the Refund Policy covers money and timing.
\n
Getting a refund update
\n
For an approved refund, the store policy says the original payment method should receive the money within seven calendar days after approval. Approval means a cancellation was confirmed, a returned item was received and inspected, or an evidence-based claim was accepted. A bank can show the amount as a reversal of the original charge. If it has not appeared by the end of the period, email support with the order number, approval date and amount. Do not send a full card number. Dwtees should trace the payment provider’s transaction and give a concrete explanation. A request to return an item is not yet refund approval; the Refund Policy defines the separate events.
\n
Sending a useful support message
\n
A concise subject and the right reference help support route a case. Include a product URL for a design question, a WooCommerce order number for a purchase, a carrier code for delivery trouble and clear photographs for damage or a wrong item. State the result you want, such as an explanation, correction, replacement or refund. Keep complete payment credentials, passwords and unnecessary personal documents out of email. The Submit a Ticket page provides a mailto route and examples. The owner has supplied support@dwtees.com but has not yet verified a separate ticket portal or support telephone number, so avoid trusting an unrelated form that claims to represent the store.
\n
Business identity and return destinations
\n
A general shopping-centre address is not enough to identify where Dwtees receives mail or accepts physical returns. The owner is expected to provide a legal name and specific suite before a public business address is posted. Returns may ultimately use a provider-specific location rather than the public contact address. If you are unsure where to send a garment, contact support and wait for case-specific instructions; a parcel sent to an unverified address can be lost or impossible to link to an order. The Contact Us page lists the official email route. The legal and policy pages will be revised when a confirmed business identity and fulfillment flow are available.
\n
When the answer is still unknown
\n
Some useful information has not yet been verified: exact materials, finished measurements, provider connection, ship-from location, payment acceptance and operational support hours. We do not turn those gaps into confident-sounding guesses. A support response should identify the missing fact and, when possible, say what must be checked before a final answer can be given. A planning range from a potential supplier is not a promise about a Dwtees order. If a customer needs a confirmed specification to decide, waiting for the final listing is more useful than relying on a preview. The current collection can still be explored and discussed while that work is completed.
\n

\n","visible_characters":12783,"meta_description":null,"parent":null,"published_at":"2026-09-28T02:43:39+00:00","updated_at":"2026-09-28T23:37:19+00:00"}}
