No fallback method is configured for destinations outside those countries. The zone and rate are site settings; they do not by themselves prove that stock, a ship-from location, carrier service or customs handling is operational. The owner must verify those facts before a paid order is accepted.</p>\n<table class=\"policy-table\">\n<caption>Configured shipping zone and planning estimates</caption>\n<thead>\n<tr>\n<th scope=\"col\">Destination</th>\n<th scope=\"col\">Site rate</th>\n<th scope=\"col\">Preparation</th>\n<th scope=\"col\">Transit estimate</th>\n</tr>\n</thead>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>United States</td>\n<td>$0, no minimum</td>\n<td>1–3 business days</td>\n<td>3–7 business days</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Canada</td>\n<td>$0, no minimum</td>\n<td>1–3 business days</td>\n<td>3–7 business days</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td>New Zealand</td>\n<td>$0, no minimum</td>\n<td>1–3 business days</td>\n<td>3–7 business days</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Australia</td>\n<td>$0, no minimum</td>\n<td>1–3 business days</td>\n<td>3–7 business days</td>\n</tr>\n</tbody>\n</table>\n<h2>Preparation and transit</h2>\n<p>Preparation covers checking the item, packing it and transferring it to a carrier. Transit begins after carrier acceptance. The combined planning estimate is about 4–10 business days; it is not a guaranteed arrival date and has not yet been checked against a carrier or ship-from address. Weekends and public holidays can shift these estimates. The final checkout and confirmation will show the actual service once fulfilment is ready.</p>\n<h2>Addresses and changes</h2>\n<p>Before a future checkout, check the recipient name, street, apartment or unit, postal code and country. If you spot an error after ordering, contact support quickly with the order number and complete corrected address. Our planning cancellation/change window is 24 hours if the parcel has not shipped. A carrier redirect after dispatch is not guaranteed; see <a href=\"/cancel-change-order/\">Cancel or Change an Order</a>.</p>\n<h2>Tracking and missing parcels</h2>\n<p>When a real parcel ships, its tracking number should be sent in a shipment message. The first scan may appear after label creation. If tracking does not update for 7 business days, or the parcel is 7 business days past the latest estimated delivery date, contact us. We open an investigation; if the carrier confirms loss or the issue remains unresolved after 5 business days of investigation, you may choose a free replacement or a full refund.</p>\n<h2>Damage and incorrect items</h2>\n<p>Keep the packaging and photograph the item, shipping label and outer parcel. Contact us within 60 days of delivery. When damage, a defect or an incorrect item is our error, we cover return postage with a prepaid label or reimbursement and offer a replacement or full refund. Read the <a href=\"/returns-exchanges-policy/\">Returns &amp; Exchanges Policy</a> and <a href=\"/refund-policy/\">Refund Policy</a>.</p>\n<h2>International details</h2>\n<p>Canada, New Zealand and Australia may have import duties, taxes or customs steps. The owner has not supplied a verified ship-from country, carrier or importer arrangement, so this page cannot truthfully quote those amounts or promise a customs outcome. We will publish confirmed details before cross-border checkout opens. A customer&#8217;s address must fall within the configured country list to receive the free shipping method.</p>\n<h2>Questions and support</h2>\n<p>Email <a href=\"mailto:support@dwtees.com\">support@dwtees.com</a> with the product or order number and a short explanation. Never include a password or full payment card number. You can also start at the <a href=\"/help-center/\">Help Center</a>, read the <a href=\"/faqs/\">FAQs</a>, or use the <a href=\"/submit-ticket/\">support ticket link</a>.</p>\n<p><!-- dwtees-page-depth-start --></p>\n<h2>What the current checkout configuration does and does not mean</h2>\n<p>Dwtees has configured a free shipping method for addresses in the United States, Canada, New Zealand and Australia. The rate has no cart minimum and does not require a coupon. That configuration is a rule in the website; it is not a carrier contract or evidence that a particular garment can already be produced for every postal code in those countries. No shipping method is configured for other countries. Products are made to order. A shipment request arises only after a completed order; merchant payment connection is still pending. Before checkout opens, Dwtees must confirm a production route, a final product specification, a working customer notification flow and a way to resolve an undelivered parcel.</p>\n<h2>How a made-to-order garment would move through fulfillment</h2>\n<p>If Dwtees chooses print on demand, the first stage after a paid order is validation of the garment type, size, colour, artwork and shipping address. Production starts only after a compatible print file and the chosen blank are accepted by the provider. A printed garment may then be checked, packed and handed to a carrier. The date a shipping label is created is not necessarily the date a carrier physically receives the parcel. Tracking can therefore show a label without a movement scan for a short period. We will not label an unproduced design “ready to ship” or describe an estimated production range as a guaranteed dispatch date.</p>\n<h2>How to interpret the provider reference</h2>\n<p>BurgerPrints is a potential print-on-demand fulfillment source supplied by the store owner for planning. Its public policy gives different time ranges for printed apparel, all-over-print products, fulfilment regions and international routes. The current Dwtees products have not been mapped to a confirmed BurgerPrints blank or production center, and no connected BurgerPrints account has been verified. The printed-apparel production and standard transit ranges above are therefore illustrations of a possible route. If Dwtees connects the service and selects exact SKUs, this page should be revised with the route that actually applies to each destination. During holidays, peak demand, severe weather or customs delays, published averages can change.</p>\n<h2>Working days, weekends and the clock</h2>\n<p>A business-day estimate is different from a calendar-day estimate. If an order is placed late on a Friday, a one-business-day step may not finish on Saturday. Public holidays can interrupt production or carrier collection in either the production country or the destination country. An estimate that includes both production and transit should be read as two stages, not as a single courier promise. The eventual confirmation email must identify the date an order was accepted, and a shipping message should identify the date a carrier was engaged. If Dwtees cannot determine those dates for an order, support should explain the uncertainty rather than quietly replacing an original estimate with a new one.</p>\n<h2>Addresses to check before placing an order</h2>\n<p>Check the spelling of the recipient&#8217;s full name, street and building number, apartment or suite, city, region, postal code, country and a reachable email address. For rural routes and multi-unit buildings, a missing unit number can cause a delivery failure even when the street is correct. A carrier may use an abbreviated address on its label; that alone does not mean a different destination was chosen. If an address contains a non-Latin script, the final checkout and provider must support it before an order is accepted. Do not email a full payment card number when asking for an address correction. An order number and the corrected address are enough for support to start checking the request.</p>\n<h2>Changes after an order is placed</h2>\n<p>Dwtees&#8217;s planned change window is within 24 hours of the order being placed and only while it has not shipped. A made-to-order item can move into printing quickly, so a requested size or design change is not guaranteed simply because the message arrived inside that window. Support should check production status, explain what can still be changed and confirm the final order in writing. Once a carrier has accepted a parcel, an address change depends on that carrier&#8217;s service and may not be available. If delivery cannot be redirected, support should discuss the return or replacement options that apply after the parcel&#8217;s actual outcome is known. See the separate cancellation page for the full sequence.</p>\n<h2>Tracking numbers and first scans</h2>\n<p>A tracking number is a reference created by a shipping system. It should be connected to the recipient&#8217;s parcel and carrier before it is presented as proof of shipment. The first public scan may appear after packing or collection, and a scan can be delayed by carrier systems. When tracking is active, use the carrier&#8217;s own page to read the latest recorded event. An email from Dwtees should contain the order number and carrier reference, but you should avoid following unexpected links from an unrelated sender. If the code does not match your order, contact support so the reference can be checked before it is shared further.</p>\n<h2>When tracking stops updating</h2>\n<p>If a carrier record has no new movement for seven business days, contact support with the order number, tracking code and last visible scan. The same applies if a parcel has not arrived seven business days after the latest stated delivery estimate. Support should first check whether the parcel is awaiting a pickup, customs action, local carrier handoff or address clarification. Dwtees will open a carrier investigation when the facts warrant it. If loss is confirmed, or the issue remains unresolved after five business days of investigation, the customer may choose a free replacement or a full refund. A generic “delivered” scan does not end our review if the named recipient genuinely cannot locate the parcel.</p>\n<h2>Delivered scan but no parcel in hand</h2>\n<p>First check the delivery photograph or location note if the carrier provides one, and ask anyone at the address who may have accepted the package. Check a building mailroom, reception desk or designated safe place without entering another person&#8217;s property. Then contact Dwtees with the order number and carrier event. We will compare the destination details with the order, request proof of delivery when available and open a case with the carrier if the record conflicts with the customer&#8217;s report. We will not ask you to post a private address or phone number in a public review to start the investigation.</p>\n<h2>Damaged packaging or a wrong garment</h2>\n<p>Keep the outer parcel, shipping label and garment while the case is reviewed. Photograph the package from several sides and take a clear image of the item, its print and its size label. If the item is visibly damaged, defective, the wrong design or the wrong size against the confirmed order, email support within 60 days of delivery. Dwtees covers reasonable return shipping for an error attributable to us, either through a prepaid label or reimbursement, and offers a replacement or refund under the returns policy. Do not dispose of a damaged item until support confirms whether photographs are sufficient or a physical return is needed.</p>\n<h2>Cross-border delivery and customs questions</h2>\n<p>A zero-dollar shipping line at checkout does not settle import tax, duty, brokerage or local handling rules. The amount and who collects it can depend on origin, destination, item value and shipping method. Dwtees does not yet have a confirmed fulfillment center or importer arrangement, so it cannot quote a truthful country-specific customs charge. Before paid cross-border checkout opens, the store should state whether any duty is prepaid or payable on delivery. Customers should not pay a surprise charge requested through an unverified text message; check the carrier and contact Dwtees first. If a parcel is held for customs information, support should provide the documentation it can legitimately supply.</p>\n<h2>Country availability and unusual destinations</h2>\n<p>The current shipping zone covers four countries at the country level. Actual service to an island, military address, remote postcode or parcel locker may differ from ordinary mainland service. We have not verified those exceptions against a selected carrier or production origin. If the future checkout accepts a location that the selected fulfillment route cannot serve, Dwtees should correct the configuration before collecting payment rather than ask a customer to absorb an unexpected shipping fee afterward. For an address outside the four configured countries, the website should not offer a paid order. A customer may ask support whether future expansion is planned, but an inquiry is not a reservation or shipping commitment.</p>\n<h2>Split shipments and orders with multiple items</h2>\n<p>When a future order includes more than one garment, items may require different blanks, sizes or production locations. A provider can also complete one item earlier than another. Dwtees will decide whether to ship together or separately only after the actual provider workflow is tested. A split order should have clear item-to-tracking mapping so a customer can tell which piece is still pending. The configured free-shipping promise applies to the eligible order; it should not turn into a second surprise charge because the seller elects to split it. If a partial parcel is delayed or lost, we should resolve the affected item while keeping the rest of the order record accurate.</p>\n<h2>Delivery support and realistic next steps</h2>\n<p>For a shipping question, email support@dwtees.com with the order number, destination country and a concise description of what you see in tracking. Do not send a full payment card number or password. If you are asking before checkout opens, include the product page URL and destination country; we can explain current plans but cannot quote a firm dispatch date. If you already have a parcel issue after sales begin, support should identify whether the next action belongs to production, carrier investigation, address correction, replacement or refund. The order-tracking page explains how those status labels will be used, while the refund and returns pages explain remedies after a problem is confirmed.</p>\n<p><!-- dwtees-page-depth-end --></p>\n","visible_characters":13773,"meta_description":null,"parent":null,"published_at":"2026-09-28T02:43:39+00:00","updated_at":"2026-09-28T23:37:19+00:00"}}
