Order Tracking

Track an order

There are no live Dwtees purchases through this site yet. Once checkout opens, you can use your order number and billing email in the form below to view its WooCommerce status.

Order lookup

Find the order number in your future checkout confirmation and enter the same email address used for that order. The form reports the store order status. It does not invent a carrier scan or delivery estimate; a tracking number can only be provided after a shipment has actually been handed to a carrier.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

What statuses mean

Typical order status guidance
Status Meaning and next step
Pending payment The payment has not been confirmed. Do not resend money to a person outside checkout.
Processing A paid order is being prepared. Check the confirmation for details.
On hold The store needs to verify a payment or order detail. Contact support if the hold persists.
Completed The order workflow is marked complete; consult the actual shipment email for carrier tracking.
Cancelled The order will not be fulfilled. See the refund record and contact support if needed.
Refunded A refund has been recorded; the money reaches the original payment method within 7 calendar days of approval.

Shipment tracking

A parcel can show label created before the carrier records its first physical scan. The carrier’s own tracking page is the source for in-transit events. If a shipment has no update for 7 business days or is late beyond its latest estimate, contact us with the order number. We will investigate and, if the parcel is lost or unresolved after 5 business days of investigation, replace it or issue a full refund.

Protect your information

The order lookup asks for the order number and billing email only. Never post your password, full card number or a government identifier in a tracking inquiry. Read Shipping & Delivery for the delivery process and Refund Policy for a lost-parcel refund.

Questions and support

Email [email protected] with the product or order number and a short explanation. Never include a password or full payment card number. You can also start at the Help Center, read the FAQs, or use the support ticket link.

First confirm that an order exists

A real order begins with a successful checkout, a WooCommerce order number and a confirmation that identifies the products and amount paid. Dwtees currently displays digital mockups and has no active payment gateway, so no customer can create a paid order through this site today. A saved product URL, a selected size or a message from an unknown sender is not an order. When checkout is enabled, keep the order number and the email used at payment. If a bank shows a pending authorization but no order confirmation arrives, ask support to compare the transaction and store record before making a second payment. Do not send complete card details to make that check.

Order accepted

An accepted order should show the exact garment, colour, size, quantity, price, destination and payment status. That is the reference against which later production and delivery events are checked. The order confirmation is not the same as a shipping notice. For a printed-to-order garment, the item may still need artwork validation, blank selection and production after acceptance. Dwtees must verify a supplier route before the site can truthfully assign such a status. If an item or address in the confirmation is wrong, contact support promptly with the order number and requested correction. The planned change window is within 24 hours and before shipment, subject to what the actual production stage allows.

Production or preparation

A production status means work has begun on the garment or order, not that a carrier has the parcel. It may include choosing the blank, confirming print files, printing, quality checks and packing. A provider’s published production average is not a guarantee for every size, print method or season. BurgerPrints is being reviewed as a possible print-on-demand provider, but no connected Dwtees account or exact garment SKU has been verified. Dwtees should communicate a production status only when it receives reliable order-specific evidence. If a future order is delayed before shipping, support should identify the affected item and whether the issue concerns artwork, blank availability or another production step.

Shipping label created

A label can be generated before a parcel is collected. Tracking may show a code and destination while the carrier has not recorded an acceptance scan. This is a normal distinction, but it should not be used to claim delivery has begun when the parcel is still at a producer. If a label remains without movement, check the date and the provider’s handoff record. A customer can use the carrier’s own website to read the code instead of following an unexpected shortened link. Dwtees should show which item the label covers, especially if a multi-item order is split. A label-created email must not replace an actual shipment update if the handoff is delayed.

In transit

After the carrier accepts a parcel, tracking events may show movement between facilities, customs review or a handoff to a local delivery company. Scan frequency varies by route, and a gap does not automatically mean the parcel is lost. Compare the latest event with the stated delivery window and any message from the carrier. Dwtees’s Shipping & Delivery page separates production from transit and describes BurgerPrints public ranges only as planning references; a confirmed Dwtees route is still needed. If a carrier asks for an address clarification or customs document, verify the request through the carrier and contact support. Do not pay an unexpected fee through a link in a text without checking it.

Out for delivery

An out-for-delivery status usually means a local carrier intends to attempt delivery, but it is not a guarantee of the exact hour or successful handoff. A driver may return a parcel to a depot because of weather, route capacity or an address problem. Check the carrier’s latest note and any safe-place instructions you chose. If the carrier says a signature or pickup is required, use its official channel for the next step. Dwtees should not promise a same-day result from this single status. If the destination has an apartment, reception or mailroom, those details may determine where the parcel is left and where it should be checked if a delivered scan appears later.

Delivered status

A delivered scan should be compared with the address and recipient in the order. Check a mailroom, reception desk, authorized safe place and people at the address who may have accepted the parcel. A carrier photograph or location note can help, but do not enter a neighbour’s property or post your address publicly to investigate. If the item is not there, email support with the order number, carrier code and scan time. Dwtees should request proof of delivery and review the destination details rather than dismiss the concern because a status says “delivered.” The 60-day return window for a received item is based on actual delivery; a disputed scan may need resolution before that clock is applied.

Tracking has no new scan

If tracking does not move for seven business days, contact support with the last visible event and order number. The same applies when a parcel is seven business days beyond its latest stated arrival estimate. Support should determine whether it is waiting for handoff, being held at customs, delayed at a local depot or potentially lost. A carrier investigation should have a case or reference that can be followed. Under Dwtees’s stated policy, if loss is confirmed or the issue remains unresolved after five business days of investigation, the customer may choose a free replacement or full refund. A generic automated status update is not a substitute for a case-specific answer.

Multiple packages for one order

A future order with several garments could be produced or sent from more than one location. Dwtees has not yet tested that workflow. If it is used, each tracking number should identify the item or items inside its parcel. Receiving one package does not prove that every line item has been delivered. A status page should show the pending pieces separately, and support should be able to match the parcel against the original order. A missing or damaged item should be resolved on its own facts while the correctly delivered items remain recorded. The configured free shipping offer should not turn into an unexpected second charge merely because the seller chooses to split the order.

Address errors and returned parcels

If an address error is found before handoff, contact support immediately with the order number and corrected address. After handoff, a carrier redirect may or may not be possible. A parcel marked “return to sender” can be caused by an undeliverable address, missed pickup or carrier issue; the reason should be reviewed before assigning cost or deciding whether to resend. Dwtees should compare the customer’s confirmed address with the label and carrier evidence. The public contact address, when one is verified, will not automatically be the return-to-sender or customer-return location. Do not send a new payment or post a replacement order until support clarifies the original parcel’s status.

Damage found at delivery

Keep the outer package, shipping label and garment. Take clear photographs of the parcel and the item before discarding packaging. Email support within 60 days of delivery with the order number and description of the issue. For damage, a defect, wrong item or material difference from the final listing, Dwtees covers reasonable return postage if a physical return is needed and offers a replacement or full refund. Support may accept photographs without requiring a return. A tracking status alone cannot describe the condition of the product inside; a delivered parcel can still qualify for a remedy. The Returns & Exchanges page gives the process and the Refund Policy explains the money timing.

Protecting your order information

Order numbers and tracking codes help support locate a case, but they should not be combined with a full home address in a public comment. Contact Dwtees through [email protected] when private details are needed. Do not email a password, full card number, one-time code or government document. A legitimate tracking link should point to a carrier connected with your order; a message claiming a parcel needs an extra release payment deserves independent verification. If you are unsure whether an email is genuine, open this site directly and use its Contact Us page instead of following the message link. Support can help check the order record once paid checkout exists.

Where to find the next policy

For a change before shipment, read Cancel or Change an Order. For a delayed or lost parcel, Shipping & Delivery explains investigation thresholds and cross-border questions. For a delivered item that does not fit or is damaged, Returns & Exchanges explains the physical steps. Refund Policy explains the amount and seven-calendar-day timing after approval. Help Center connects these paths and Submit a Ticket provides the email route. These pages are kept separate so a shipment status is not confused with a cancellation or refund approval. If their numbers or instructions conflict, contact support with both page links so the store can correct the inconsistency before it affects an order.
