Quick answers

The catalog offers made-to-order products shown in digital mockups. Paid checkout awaits PayPal connection. The policy framework provides 60-day returns with no restocking fee and approved refunds to the original payment method within 7 calendar days.

Products and sizing

Are the product images photographs of stocked items?

No. They are generated concept images for original Dwtees designs. We will identify final product photographs and verified specifications before accepting orders. A screen image can differ from a finished colour or print.

What sizes are planned?

The current concepts list S, M, L, XL and XXL. These are intended options, not verified measurements. Read the Size Guide and wait for a finished size chart before selecting a size to buy.

Can I request a different colour?

You may email an idea to [email protected], but an unlisted colour is not an available variant. We will add a variant only after its appearance and manufacturing availability are confirmed.

Orders and payments

Can I check out now?

No. There is no active payment gateway and the made-to-order products are not purchasable. The owner intends to connect PayPal later; the site will identify accepted methods only after connection and a safe checkout test.

What price will I pay?

Any price visible on a concept page is a planning amount and may change before sale. A future checkout will show the final item total, shipping and applicable tax before payment.

How will I know an order was placed?

After ordering opens, a successful checkout should provide an order number and confirmation email. Keep both for tracking and support. We will verify that message flow before live sales begin.

Shipping

Where is free shipping planned?

The configured WooCommerce zone covers the United States, Canada, New Zealand and Australia with no minimum spend or coupon. There is no fallback method outside those countries. Carrier feasibility and actual dispatch operations remain subject to owner verification. See Shipping & Delivery.

When will a parcel arrive?

The planning estimates are 1–3 business days for preparation and 3–7 business days for transit, or about 4–10 business days total. These are owner-review estimates, not a confirmed carrier promise while checkout is closed.

Returns and refunds

How long do I have to return an item?

You may request a return for any product and any reason within 60 days from delivery. See Returns & Exchanges for the steps and shipping responsibility.

Is there a restocking fee?

No. Dwtees does not charge a restocking fee. For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays the return postage; when the problem is our error, we provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable tracked postage.

When will I receive a refund?

Approved refunds reach the original payment method within 7 calendar days after approval. Approval means a returned item has been received and inspected, a photo claim has been accepted, or a cancellation has been confirmed. Read the Refund Policy for details.

Can I exchange a size?

Yes, within the 60-day return window, subject to actual availability. You pay to send a change-of-mind exchange back; Dwtees pays outbound shipping for the replacement. The final size chart will be published before purchases open.

Account and support

Do I need an account?

The store currently has no live purchasing. Once checkout opens, the available account and guest checkout paths will be shown there. Never share your login password with support.

How do I ask another question?

Use the Contact Us page or email [email protected] with the relevant product title or order number.

Questions and support

Email [email protected] with the product or order number and a short explanation. Never include a password or full payment card number. You can also start at the Help Center, read the FAQs, or use the support ticket link.

More questions about the current collection

How do I choose a size before adding the item to my cart?

The buttons show the planned S through XXL range and let visitors explore how a final variable product would work. The website stores provisional quantities so the selector can identify each size and its SKU, but those numbers are not physical stock. Each listed size is an active made-to-order variation with a price and an add-to-cart control. A size choice can update the URL, which is useful when sharing a specific design concept. It does not reserve a garment, start production or establish a price guarantee. Dwtees will replace the stock estimates with verified availability or a clear made-to-order process before opening checkout.

Why is there only one colour on a design?

Each current product has one illustrated colour direction. Creating a new colour option is more than adding a label: the garment shade, contrast with the graphic and final print should be represented accurately. If Dwtees later offers multiple colours, each appearance-changing variation needs its own suitable image and supplier confirmation. Displaying the same mockup for several colours would make it hard to judge what arrives. You can send a colour suggestion to support with the product link, but an inquiry does not create a custom order or guarantee that the blank exists in that shade.

Are these designs connected to another store’s products?

Dwtees used a reference store to understand navigation and product-page structure. The Dwtees graphics, names, copy, visual identity and concept images were created for this collection. No reference brand’s logo, trademark, customer review or product photograph is being offered as a Dwtees item. A category like “Pet Lovers” is a way to browse an idea, not a third-party endorsement. If you believe a specific design conflicts with a right you hold, send its URL and details using the Intellectual Property or DMCA process rather than a public comment that might omit the facts needed for review.

Can you tell me the fabric composition now?

Not for a finished Dwtees item. The blank model and manufacturing route have not been confirmed, and a concept image cannot establish fabric composition, weight or care instructions. BurgerPrints offers several tee, hoodie and sweatshirt blanks, but the existence of those choices does not mean any particular Dwtees concept uses one of them. Once a blank is selected, the product page should name it and state its verified composition, measurement chart and care guidance. Until then, support should not guess that all products share a generic cotton blend or promise a particular feel from an image.

Will the print be exactly like the digital mockup?

A generated mockup is a design proposal, not a photograph of a manufactured sample. Printing can differ in size, colour, texture and placement according to the garment, print area and production method. A pocket can constrain the usable front area of a hoodie. Screens also display colours differently. Before sales open, Dwtees should prepare suitable production artwork and inspect evidence from the exact blank and colour offered. The final listing should then show accurate images and describe any meaningful difference from the earlier preview. A customer should not be asked to accept an unknown final print solely because the concept looked attractive on a screen.

What is print on demand?

It is a production model in which a garment is printed after an order is accepted instead of drawing from a warehouse of finished printed pieces. That model can reduce the need to hold finished inventory, but it does not remove the need to verify the blank, artwork, fulfillment capacity and delivery route. Dwtees is considering BurgerPrints as a potential provider; no connected account or selected product SKU has been verified. The synthetic WooCommerce counts are planning data and should not be understood as a supplier’s live blank inventory. If a product eventually uses print on demand, the listing and delivery page should say how that affects preparation and returns before payment.

Can I buy from outside the four listed countries?

The current WooCommerce shipping zone covers the United States, Canada, New Zealand and Australia with free outbound shipping and no minimum. There is no configured shipping method for other countries. The cart accepts the listed sizes in these destinations, but final payment awaits connection of the merchant gateway. Dwtees must test actual service availability for each destination before selling. A possible provider may support more destinations, but that does not automatically expand the store’s own offer or resolve customs and refund questions. You may ask support about future plans, but an answer should not be treated as a shipping commitment unless the checkout and policy have been updated.

Are the displayed prices final?

No. They are planning prices for design concepts in USD. Final prices may change when the garment model, print method, supplier cost, taxes and delivery route are confirmed. A future checkout should show the selected size’s actual item price and the complete order total before payment. The listed price is the retail price for the selected variation; final payment requires an enabled gateway at checkout. Dwtees should avoid showing a crossed-out “was” price or a savings claim based on a value that was never charged. If a promotion is introduced later, its rules and eligibility must be genuine and visible before a customer chooses to use it.

Why is PayPal mentioned if the button does not work?

The owner plans to connect PayPal later, and the official WooCommerce plugin is installed, but the gateway is disabled. Installation does not prove that a business account has been authenticated or that a payment, order email and refund have been tested. Dwtees will call PayPal an accepted method only when it is actually available at checkout. Do not send a PayPal transfer to an address received by email or social message to reserve a concept. The Payment Methods page states the current status and will be revised when the verified checkout flow changes.

How will I know a paid order is real later?

A successful future checkout should show an order number on the website and send a confirmation from the store. The order should list the exact garment, size, colour, quantity, price and delivery address selected. A bank authorization by itself is not proof that an order was accepted or sent to production. If the confirmation is missing, check the account order list and contact support before paying a second time. Dwtees must test this flow before enabling payment. The site does not produce genuine paid-order confirmations, so a message claiming that a concept order is waiting for an extra fee should be verified independently.

What if the parcel tracking stops?

For an order already placed, send support the order number, carrier reference and last visible scan when tracking has not moved for seven business days or a parcel is seven business days beyond the latest delivery estimate. Dwtees should investigate with the carrier and explain what it found. If loss is confirmed or the issue remains unresolved after five business days of investigation, the customer may choose a free replacement or full refund. A shipping label is not the same as carrier acceptance, and a delivered scan can still require review if the parcel cannot be found. The Order Tracking and Shipping & Delivery pages explain the steps in more detail.

What if the garment is the wrong size?

You may request a return or size exchange within 60 calendar days after delivery for any reason. For an ordinary fit change, you pay tracked return postage and Dwtees pays outbound shipping for an approved exchange. There is no restocking fee. An exchange requires the desired size to be truly available or producible; the planning numbers shown in WooCommerce do not prove that. If Dwtees sent a size different from the confirmed order, that is our error, and we cover reasonable return shipping through a prepaid label or reimbursement. The Size Guide helps you compare a garment you own with the final chart once that chart is published.

What if the item arrives damaged or is not as described?

Keep the garment, its label and packaging, then email support within 60 days of delivery with the order number and clear photographs. Do not ship it back until support gives the correct route. When damage, a defect, a wrong item or a material misdescription is confirmed, Dwtees offers a replacement or full refund and covers reasonable return postage if a parcel is needed. A photograph may sometimes be sufficient. The digital mockups are explicitly concepts; before finalizing an order, final listings need accurate materials and product images so the description against which an item is judged is clear. Mandatory consumer rights are not removed by this process.

Can I cancel a made-to-order item?

The planned request window is 24 hours from order placement while the parcel has not shipped. Print-on-demand production can start quickly, so support must check the actual stage before confirming a cancellation or size change. If cancellation is approved before shipment, the full amount paid is refunded to the original method and should be received within seven calendar days after approval. If the parcel has shipped, the customer may use the 60-day return route after delivery. Dwtees has not yet tested a provider cancellation flow, so this is a policy that must be operationally verified before paid orders begin.

Where should I send a return?

Only to the location in the written return instructions for your approved case. The owner has not supplied a confirmed receiving unit for Dwtees, and a general shopping-centre address or prospective supplier address is not a safe return destination. Start by emailing the order number and reason. If a parcel is required, support will tell you where to send it, what reference to put with it and whether a prepaid label applies. For a change-of-mind return, use a tracked service and keep proof of posting. The item should be shipped within 14 days after return approval. Sending it before approval can make the parcel impossible to identify.

How can I check whether an email is really from Dwtees?

Compare its request with the public support and policy pages, and start a new message to [email protected] rather than replying to a suspicious sender. Dwtees should never need a complete card number, password, one-time login code or release fee by email. A real refund goes back to the original payment method through the connected gateway. If an email contains a tracking link, you can also use the carrier’s own website with the reference rather than an unexpected shortened URL. Do not publish your address or order details in a public comment while asking for verification. Support can identify an order from its number and checkout email once sales are live.
