Terms of Service

Terms at a glance

Dwtees currently displays original apparel concepts, not purchasable physical stock. A product image is a digital mockup until the final specification and inventory are verified. Purchasing terms will apply only when the payment method is connected.

Using this site

You may browse the collection and use its information for personal shopping decisions. Do not misuse the site, impersonate another person, submit unlawful material or interfere with its security or availability. We may correct a clear error in a product page and will identify a material change before accepting an order.

Products and previews

Generated concept images show the intended artwork, garment category and colour direction. They are not a guarantee of fabric composition, exact print placement, finished fit or inventory. Before sales begin, the final listing should state confirmed product details and measurements. Do not treat a made-to-order variation as an item already in stock.

Prices and orders

Displayed prices are the current retail prices for the listed made-to-order products. Once purchasing is available, the checkout will show the final price, shipping and applicable tax before payment. An order is accepted only through the actual checkout and confirmation process, not through a social message or private payment request.

Delivery and changes

Our configured free-shipping zone is limited to the United States, Canada, New Zealand and Australia, with no order minimum. Carrier and ship-from details require verification. The Shipping & Delivery page explains current status and planning estimates. The Cancel or Change an Order page describes the 24-hour pre-shipment planning window.

Returns and refunds

Once an item is delivered, you may request a return for any reason within 60 days. We charge no restocking fee. Approved refunds reach the original payment method within 7 calendar days. The Returns & Exchanges Policy and Refund Policy explain the details and do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Intellectual property

The Dwtees name, original illustrations, product images and written content belong to Dwtees or the relevant rights holder. You may share links and short attributed references, but may not copy product artwork or misrepresent it as your own. Read the Intellectual Property Policy and DMCA page for concerns.

Applicable law and disputes

The owner has not supplied a governing-law choice or legal business address for publication, so this page does not invent one. Mandatory consumer protections in your location remain applicable. If a problem arises, contact support first with the product or order details so it can be investigated. We will update this section after the owner confirms the legal entity and jurisdiction.

Questions and support

Email [email protected] with the product or order number and a short explanation. Never include a password or full payment card number. You can also start at the Help Center, read the FAQs, or use the support ticket link.

What these terms cover now

These terms describe the current Dwtees website and the intended framework for a future apparel shop. Today the products are original digital mockups. The size choices and prices shown with them are planning information, not an invitation to complete a paid order, and the site has no active payment gateway. A visitor may browse, use the navigation and contact support, but selecting a variant does not create a purchase contract or reserve a physical garment. Before sales open, the owner must confirm the product specification, payment flow and delivery operation, then review these terms against those facts. A final checkout should present the applicable product and policy information before the customer pays.

Using the website responsibly

You may use Dwtees to explore the collection and read support information for your own legitimate purposes. Do not attempt to interfere with the site’s availability, access another person’s account, submit malicious code or impersonate a customer or the business. Do not use a support address to send spam or unrelated sensitive information. We may correct an obvious error in a page, remove unlawful content or restrict misuse of the site. A technical restriction should not erase a customer’s legitimate right to obtain information about an existing order, return or refund. If an accessibility or functional issue prevents ordinary browsing, contact support with the affected URL so it can be investigated.

Design previews and final specifications

A concept image communicates an artwork and garment direction but does not verify a manufactured fabric, fit, print area or colour. The current S through XXL labels represent planned options without a confirmed numeric chart. Made-to-order products do not have a fixed physical stock quantity in WooCommerce. For every purchasable product, its listing should identify the exact blank, material composition, measurements, care guidance, genuine availability or made-to-order process, and accurate imagery. A product description should not be quietly changed to substitute a different garment after a paid order is accepted. If a material specification changes, the customer should be told and given an appropriate choice before fulfillment proceeds.

Prices, currency and checkout

Concept prices are shown in United States dollars for planning and may change before a final item is offered. Once sales are active, checkout should display the selected item’s price, shipping, applicable tax and total before the customer confirms payment. The owner intends to connect PayPal but it is not yet an accepted method; a plugin installation does not make a gateway live. An order is formed only through the verified checkout and confirmation process. A private message, social-media conversation or transfer request does not replace that process. If a technical error creates a duplicate or mismatched charge, Dwtees should reconcile the payment and order records and return an unauthorized duplicate amount through the provider.

Order acceptance and corrections

A future order confirmation should list the exact product, size, colour, quantity, price and destination. Dwtees may need to contact the buyer if a supplied address is incomplete or a selected garment cannot be produced. We should not accept money for a variation known to be unavailable and then silently substitute another one. If a material error is discovered before production, support should explain the correction and the customer’s options, including a full refund when the order cannot be fulfilled as agreed. Customers should check their confirmation and contact support promptly about an error. The planned cancellation or change request window is within 24 hours and before shipment, subject to the actual production stage.

Shipping destinations and estimates

WooCommerce is configured with free outbound shipping and no minimum for the United States, Canada, New Zealand and Australia. There is no configured method outside those countries. This rule does not prove that a particular carrier can serve every eligible postal code or that a print supplier account is connected. BurgerPrints public production and shipping ranges are used as planning references, not guaranteed Dwtees delivery dates. Before paid orders open, the owner must confirm the exact fulfillment route and explain any customs, duty or remote-area handling that applies. A checkout should not collect payment for a destination the selected service cannot fulfill. The Shipping & Delivery page explains tracking and lost-parcel remedies.

Changes, cancellations and returns

A customer may request a change or cancellation within 24 hours after an order is placed, while the parcel has not shipped. Because print on demand can begin quickly, support must confirm what can still be changed. A confirmed pre-shipment cancellation receives a full refund. After delivery, Dwtees offers a 60-day return or exchange request window for every product and any reason, with no restocking fee. For an ordinary change of mind, the customer pays tracked return postage; Dwtees pays outbound shipping on an approved exchange. When the problem is our error, we provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable return postage. The dedicated pages explain the physical process and refund amount.

Refund timing and method

An approved refund should be received on the original payment method within seven calendar days after approval. Approval follows a confirmed cancellation, inspection of a physical return, or acceptance of a documented claim that does not require a return. A request alone does not start the refund clock. A full refund for a seller error, unfulfillable item or lost parcel should include the relevant item price, applicable tax and any original outbound shipping charge collected. A partial refund should identify the affected line and its calculation. Dwtees should not ask for a new card number, transfer fee or personal payment account to release a refund. The actual connected provider workflow must support these terms before payment is enabled.

Intellectual property and permitted sharing

The Dwtees name, original graphics, concept images and site copy are used to present this collection. A visitor may link to a page or share a short, attributed reference for personal discussion. Do not reproduce the artwork on a garment, copy the full catalog into another shop or imply that Dwtees has endorsed an unrelated business without permission. Third-party names mentioned for identification remain their owners’ property and do not imply sponsorship. If you believe a specific page conflicts with a copyright, trademark or other right you hold, contact support with the exact URL and evidence. The DMCA and Intellectual Property pages explain the review routes without requiring a public accusation.

Customer-submitted information

A product idea sent to support does not create a custom-order agreement. Do not send another person’s private information, a copyrighted design you do not control or a trademark you are not authorized to use. The current catalog does not accept personalized text or image uploads through checkout. If Dwtees later offers personalization, the terms for artwork rights, proofing, production and returns must be stated before payment. Support may use a message to answer the specific request and improve public product information, but it should not treat a private customer photograph as marketing material without permission. Privacy Policy explains how support and future order data are handled.

Accuracy and site availability

We aim to keep product, policy and navigation information current, but a product page can contain an error that needs correction. If a conflict affects a material decision, contact support with the page link. Dwtees should not rely on a blanket disclaimer to avoid correcting a false availability or delivery claim. We may maintain or update the site and sometimes a page may be unavailable; a customer with an existing order should still have a workable support route. Public JSON, product-page notices and checkout information should agree about a variant’s price and availability. The owner should test those surfaces when a product moves from catalog preparation to live checkout.

Business details and governing law

The owner has not yet supplied a verified legal business name, specific mailing unit or governing-law choice for these terms. We do not invent a jurisdiction or present a general shopping-centre address as the store’s premises. Once the legal entity and address are confirmed, this section should be reviewed and updated. Nothing here is intended to remove mandatory consumer protections that apply where a buyer lives. If a dispute arises, contact support with the order number and clear description first so the business can review the product, payment and delivery records. A legal notice should be directed to a verified contact route; the current public support email is [email protected].

Updates that affect customers

When payment, fulfillment or product facts change, Dwtees should update the relevant terms and policies with a visible date. A new version should apply prospectively to new orders unless law or a clear agreement provides otherwise; the store should not silently rewrite the return period for an earlier purchase. A customer asking about an order should receive an answer based on its order date and the policy in effect then. The page may also be revised to fix a typo or broken link. The footer should lead to the active version, and support should help locate material terms for an existing case. Before the first paid transaction, the whole set should be checked against the actual gateway, supplier and shipping configuration.
