Open a support request

Use your email application to send a request to [email protected]. The owner supplied this address; inbound and outbound delivery still need verification. No separate form or ticket number is claimed here.

Choose a clear subject

Use “Product question” for a design or size inquiry, “Order change” for a future pre-shipment change, “Delivery” for a parcel issue, or “Return request” for a delivered item. A clear subject helps support find the relevant policy and respond with the right next step.

Details that help

For a product concept, include the exact title and what you want confirmed. For a future order, include its number and the email used at checkout. For damage or a wrong item, include photographs of the garment, label and package if available. For tracking trouble, include the carrier reference rather than a screenshot of unrelated personal data.

What to keep private

Never email a full payment card number, card security code, account password or government identifier. Support does not need these to answer a sizing question, identify a WooCommerce order or start a return. If an email asks for them, verify it through the official Contact Us page.

What happens next

The planning support response target is 1 business day once the mailbox is confirmed operational. We may need to ask for an order number or a clearer image before resolving a case. For a return, we will send the actual return address and shipping instructions after reviewing the request; do not send an item to an unverified address.

Self-service paths

While waiting for a reply, read the FAQs, Size Guide, Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Exchanges Policy. The current products are digital mockups and cannot be purchased yet.

Questions and support

Email [email protected] with the product or order number and a short explanation. Never include a password or full payment card number. You can also start at the Help Center, read the FAQs, or use the support ticket link.

What “ticket” means on Dwtees today

This page offers a structured way to write a support email to [email protected]. It does not claim that a separate ticket portal, case-number generator or staffed telephone queue exists. The owner supplied the email address, but its inbound and outbound delivery still needs operational verification. A customer can use the suggested subject and details below to make a case easier to identify. The site has orderable made-to-order designs but no connected paid checkout yet, so most current requests will be about an artwork, planned size, accessibility issue or policy question. When sales open, a WooCommerce order number can be used as the reference for a purchase-related case.

Choose one main reason

A subject such as “Product question,” “Size guidance,” “Order change,” “Delivery issue,” “Return request” or “Copyright concern” helps support see which page and record to consult. Put the order number in the subject only when a real order exists. If your message covers two unrelated matters, separate them so a tracking investigation is not buried beneath a design suggestion. A clear category is a routing aid, not a substitute for the body of the message. If the issue is urgent because an address is wrong, say that early and include the corrected address privately in the email. Do not put a complete home address in a public review to draw attention to a case.

Product and artwork questions

Include the exact product title or URL, the colour shown and the fact you want clarified. A useful request might ask whether a final garment blank, fabric composition, print method or size chart has been verified. The digital mockup does not settle those details. Dwtees should answer from a confirmed specification or state that the information is pending; it should not infer fabric from a generated image. If your concern is that a graphic resembles another work, use the Intellectual Property or DMCA route and identify both materials. A suggestion for another colour or motif is welcome as feedback, but it does not create a custom order or reserve a design.

Size and fit questions

Tell us whether you mean a tee, hoodie or crewneck sweatshirt, and which measurement is difficult: chest width, body length, sleeve or shoulder. When a final chart is published, measurements from a similar garment you own can help support explain which row to compare. Do not send a body photograph, medical information or identity document for an ordinary fit question. Today the S through XXL options are planning labels without verified manufacturer dimensions, so no one should promise that one specific size will fit you. The Size Guide gives a practical measurement method. If a final chart is missing from a product you want to buy later, that missing fact should be corrected before checkout opens.

Order-change requests

After paid orders become possible, include the WooCommerce order number, the email used at checkout and the exact requested correction. For a size change, name the current and desired sizes; for an address change, provide the complete corrected address in the private email. The planned request window is 24 hours from ordering and only before the parcel ships. Print-on-demand production may begin quickly, so support must check actual status before confirming a change or cancellation. An acknowledgment that the email arrived is not approval. A confirmed cancellation should include the items stopped, refund amount and approval date. Do not place another paid order merely because the first change has not yet been answered.

Delivery and tracking cases

Provide the order number, carrier tracking reference, destination country and last visible scan. State whether the problem is no movement, an address exception, a missing parcel after a delivered scan or physical damage on arrival. If tracking has not moved for seven business days or a parcel is seven business days beyond its latest estimate, support should begin an investigation. A carrier case may take up to five business days under Dwtees’s stated policy before a confirmed or unresolved loss leads to a choice of replacement or full refund. A screenshot can help when the carrier page changes, but remove unrelated private details. Do not email a payment card number to resolve a tracking question.

Return or exchange cases

Contact support within 60 calendar days after delivery and name the item, size, delivery date and result you want. For an ordinary change of mind or fit change, the customer pays tracked return postage, while Dwtees pays the outbound shipping for an approved exchange. If the item is wrong, damaged, defective or materially unlike its final description, we cover reasonable return postage if a parcel is required. There is no restocking fee. Do not send a garment back until support supplies an approved return destination and instructions. After approval, a required return should be posted within 14 days. An exchange depends on real availability or producibility, not on the site’s synthetic planning quantity.

Photographs that help without oversharing

For a damage or wrong-item claim, take a focused image of the garment front and back, the problem area, its size or care label and the outer parcel label if relevant. Use good light so the detail is visible. Do not include people, unrelated rooms, full bank statements or another customer’s address in the image. Keep the physical item and packaging until support confirms whether photographs are sufficient or a return is needed. For an accessibility or page-layout problem, a screenshot showing the affected control and URL may help, but crop out any private account information. Evidence should be enough to understand the issue, not a collection of everything stored on your device.

Refund-status cases

If a refund has been approved, include the order number, approved amount and approval date from the confirmation. The policy says that the money should be received on the original payment method within seven calendar days after approval. A bank may display a reversal against the original charge instead of a separate credit line. Support should check the connected provider’s transaction record and explain the status if the period has passed. Never provide a complete card number, security code, password or one-time code to trace the refund. A request to return an item is not yet refund approval; the physical return or evidence review may have to finish first.

Privacy and account safety

Use the official email address shown on this site, not an address copied from an unsolicited social message. An order number and checkout email are usually enough to start locating a future case. Support may verify account control before disclosing private order details or processing a data-access request. Do not send a full card number, password, government identifier or another person’s private records. If a message asks for a release fee to deliver a parcel or refund, verify it independently through Contact Us. A legitimate payment should happen through the connected checkout, and a legitimate refund should return through its provider. The Privacy Policy describes how support and future order information may be handled.

What to expect after sending

The planning response target is one business day once the mailbox and staffing are verified. A first response may acknowledge the request, ask for a missing order number or explain which provider record is being checked; it is not a promise that every carrier or production case is solved in one day. Keep the original subject and thread for follow-up so prior details remain together. If no answer arrives, check spam or junk mail and send a concise follow-up with the original date rather than creating several conflicting new threads. The owner has not yet verified a separate ticket status dashboard. Any case number later introduced should be explained on this page before customers are told to rely on it.

Where self-service information helps

While waiting, read the page that matches the issue. Size Guide explains how to compare a similar garment with a final chart. Shipping & Delivery describes configured countries and tracking thresholds. Cancel or Change an Order explains the planned 24-hour window. Returns & Exchanges describes physical return steps; Refund Policy covers amount and timing. Payment Methods explains that PayPal still needs to be connected before a paid checkout can finish. The FAQs give shorter answers, while Help Center maps the full route from browsing to after-delivery support. If those pages conflict on a number or instruction, include both links in your message so Dwtees can correct the public information.

When a different contact route is needed

A copyright notice may have formal legal requirements beyond an ordinary support email, and the DMCA page points to official Copyright Office resources. A trademark or permission question belongs under the Intellectual Property Policy. The owner has not provided a verified legal business name, suite or public return address, so do not use a generic shopping-centre street address as a substitute for the correct destination. If a future physical return is approved, its case-specific instructions will identify where to send it. This page does not invite walk-in visits, parcel deliveries or payments at an unverified location. For an ordinary product question today, the public support email remains the route supplied by the owner.
