Payment Methods

Last updated:

Current payment status

No WooCommerce payment gateway is enabled. Dwtees is not accepting paid orders through this site. The owner intends to connect PayPal later; an intention is not an accepted payment method.

When checkout opens

The actual accepted method will be shown inside the secure checkout before you pay. We will update this page only after the owner authenticates the business account and a safe checkout test confirms the payment flow. We will not show PayPal or card acceptance icons before that verification.

Price and currency

The site’s planning currency is USD. Concept product prices may change before physical products are available. A future checkout will present the final item amount, configured shipping and any applicable tax before a customer confirms a payment. There is no minimum spend for the configured free-shipping zone in the United States, Canada, New Zealand and Australia.

Payment safety

Do not send a card number, security code, password or payment to a personal account in response to an email or social message. Dwtees support will not ask for those details to release an order or refund. If a message claims otherwise, use the official Contact Us page to verify it. The site cannot complete payment until a merchant method is connected.

Refunds

Once transactions are possible, approved refunds will go to the original payment method and should be received within 7 calendar days after approval. The Refund Policy explains the approval event, full and partial amounts, cancellations and lost parcels. For how to return a product, read Returns & Exchanges.

Payment questions

If a future checkout fails, do not keep retrying without checking whether an order number and charge already exist. Contact support with the order number or transaction reference, but not your full card or login details. We will use the connected provider’s records to determine what happened.

Questions and support

Email [email protected] with the product or order number and a short explanation. Never include a password or full payment card number. You can also start at the Help Center, read the FAQs, or use the support ticket link.

Current checkout status

Dwtees displays orderable made-to-order apparel, but paid checkout is pending connection of the merchant payment gateway. The official WooCommerce PayPal Payments plugin is installed for future setup, but a plugin installation is not a connected merchant account, a tested transaction or an accepted payment method. The PayPal gateway remains disabled. No card, PayPal or alternative payment logo should be read as a promise that a transaction can be completed today. Visitors can browse products, review listed sizes and read policies without paying. If someone sends a message asking for an off-site transfer to reserve a preview, do not treat that request as an official checkout. Contact [email protected] through the address displayed on this website to verify any payment-related claim.

What must happen before payment opens

The owner needs to connect a business-controlled payment account, complete its verification steps and test the full order path. A test should show the final item price, currency, eligible shipping method and applicable tax before payment is confirmed. It should produce one WooCommerce order with the correct variant SKU and amount, give the customer a receipt, and make a refund possible to the original method. The supplier and final physical product also need to be ready to fulfill the order. A gateway can process money even while a garment specification is unfinished; that would not make the listing accurate. Dwtees should enable paid checkout only after payment, product and fulfillment checks all pass together.

Why payment method icons wait

A familiar logo can imply that a shopper may use a specific account or card. That implication should be tested rather than guessed from a plugin’s marketing description. PayPal Payments can offer different methods depending on country, merchant eligibility, account settings and checkout context. Dwtees will identify only the options that its live checkout actually presents and successfully processes. We will not claim universal card acceptance, express checkout or buyer protection terms without checking the connected provider’s current offering. When a method changes, this page and any product-page trust text should be updated at the same time as the gateway settings, so customers do not see contradictory promises.

Prices shown on made-to-order products

Displayed product prices are the listed retail prices in United States dollars for the selected sizes. They are denominated in United States dollars but may change when a real garment blank, print process and shipping route are selected. Products can be added to the cart at the listed price; final payment requires an enabled method at checkout. When sales open, the final product page and checkout should show the price of the selected size and any genuine option difference. If taxes apply, they should be calculated and displayed before the buyer confirms payment. The site should not add a payment fee, handling charge or subscription after the customer has chosen an item without a clear notice and lawful basis.

Shipping and payment totals

WooCommerce is currently configured with a free shipping rate and no minimum for the United States, Canada, New Zealand and Australia. The rate setting does not prove that a carrier or print-on-demand route is operational. Before a paid order is accepted, the merchant must confirm that it can fulfill the destination and show any tax or import-duty arrangement. An address outside the configured countries should not be able to complete a paid order merely because a payment button loads. A customer should see the same order total in the checkout, payment approval and confirmation. If an amount changes while the customer is paying, the checkout should explain the change before a new authorization is submitted.

Failed payments and duplicate attempts

A failed checkout message can mean that the provider declined an authorization, the connection timed out or the order page did not receive a response. Do not repeat payment many times without first checking the order confirmation email and the original account for a charge. If an order number exists, contact support with that number and a short description of the error; do not email complete card details or a password. Dwtees should compare the WooCommerce order with the payment provider’s transaction record before deciding whether another attempt is needed. If two charges were actually captured for one order, one should be reversed or refunded through the provider rather than asking the customer to dispute a charge without investigation.

Order confirmation versus bank authorization

A bank can show a pending authorization before the merchant has a completed order. A pending line is not by itself proof that production has started or a parcel will ship. The actual order record should identify the selected product, size, quantity, price and delivery address, and the payment record should match its total. If the provider releases an authorization after a failed order, the customer’s bank may take time to remove the pending display. Support should state whether Dwtees captured funds, whether an order was accepted and whether any refund was initiated. We should avoid calling a pending authorization a completed purchase simply because it appears in an account activity screen.

Safe communication about money

Dwtees support will not ask for a full card number, card security code, account password or one-time login code by email. A legitimate future refund goes to the original method through the connected gateway; it does not require a fee or a new private transfer destination. If a message claims that a parcel, refund or order can be released only after a separate payment, compare it with the order total and contact the official support address independently. Do not follow a link in a suspicious message just to verify its authenticity. The website’s Payment Methods and Refund Policy pages should be the stable public source for how money is collected and returned.

Currency conversion and bank charges

The website’s configured currency is USD. A customer whose bank uses another currency may see a converted amount, exchange-rate difference or bank fee determined by that financial institution. Dwtees should not guess a customer’s local rate or promise a precise converted total that its checkout does not calculate. Any tax and shipping charged by Dwtees must be shown in the order total; a separate bank conversion is a different matter. If the customer later receives a refund, it is ordinarily issued in the transaction currency to the original method. The local-currency amount shown by the bank can differ from the initial conversion, so support should distinguish the merchant refund amount from a bank’s exchange calculation.

Refunds to the original method

An approved Dwtees refund is intended to reach the original payment method within seven calendar days after approval. Approval can follow a confirmed cancellation, return inspection or a documented damage or lost-parcel resolution. The refund record should identify the amount, transaction and date. A partial refund for one line of a multi-item order should be explained against the original invoice. The owner must confirm that the selected gateway can issue and trace these refunds before enabling it. If the bank displays a refund as a reversal, support can help identify it using the provider reference without asking for complete card credentials. The Refund Policy describes the amounts and timing in full.

Privacy at a future checkout

A payment provider needs information to authorize a transaction, while WooCommerce needs order contact and address details for fulfillment. The exact provider and data flow must be reflected in the Privacy Policy when payments are enabled. Dwtees’s WordPress server should not store a complete card number or security code. Customers should see a secure checkout connection and be able to identify the merchant before they pay. A payment plugin may add scripts or wallet buttons to a page, so those should be tested on mobile and desktop for clarity and accessibility. The owner should also verify that receipts, customer account pages and order emails display only the necessary transaction information.

Payment questions before sales open

PayPal is planned as the merchant payment method; it will appear at checkout only after the account is connected. A message asking to buy a concept early cannot override the unfinished material, size and fulfillment checks. When paid orders do open, this page will name the methods actually accepted, the currency and the way to get help with a failed payment. Until then, the safest answer to “How can I pay?” is that the website is not accepting payment. Browse the collection and check back after the product pages show verified garment specifications and a working checkout. Selecting a size alone does not place an order; review the cart and complete checkout when a payment method is available.
